Interview with Photographer: Kalea Molloy
Oh La Lavely’s first ever interview is with Kalea Molloy, a very talented photographer. Her photos are so very Oh La Lavely, and after viewing her gallery, I’m sure you’ll agree. We just had to get an interview with her. She has an amazing diverse gallery and all her works are so meaningful and heartfelt. We can see she is going to have a great future in photography, make up and hair. She is a true multi-talented inspirational artist.

When did you realise your love for photography?
When I was 15, but I took a break from it until I was 17 and then started right back up again!
What is your proudest piece of work you’ve ever done?
“I Will Possess Your Heart”. This really got captured exactly the way I wanted it to.
What do you see yourself doing 10 years from now?
10 years from now I see myself being a happy make up & hair artist and of course always, always, always, doing and creating photography.
Who is your favourite photographer?
Well, usually I’ve always had too many to pick from, but I’ve got to say that Rockie Nolan has just totally impressed me, everything she does is solid gold, and you have to love her crazy style, the girl has a 300 dollar closet, but it’s cuter than anything else I’ve ever seen!
Who and what is your inspiration?
People’s faces really inspire me, I always see people walking and I’m constantly thinking about how I can capture them, or what angle they’d look best at, also music, and things I see in movies.
What are your favourite things to do?
Photography (obviously:P), hair & make up, I really enjoy collecting old cameras, spending time with loved ones, and my guilty pleasure: baking.
